As you may have guessed, we love to drink black tea here! We also enjoy a good cocktail, and what could be better than a lovely concoction that includes our favorite tea!

Black Tea Tigress

2 shots black tea (strong Lapsang Souchong or Pu-Erh preferred)
1 shot gin (not too sweet, e.g. Hendricks)
Half ounce Grand Marnier or Cointreau
Half ounce Ginger Liquor (e.g. Canton)
Half ounce Ouzo or Anisette
Dash of Fireball
Mandarin orange garnish
