Wind Ensemble Arrangement Consortium Project for Go Big or Go Home

Jessica Meyer, a GRAMMY®–nominated violist-composer and rising star in the contemporary music world, is particularly noted for her diverse compositional voice. Recent premieres include works for the St. Lawrence String Quartet as the composer in residence at Spoleto Festival USA, the Lorelei Ensemble as a winner of the Dale Warland Singers Commission Award from Chorus America, musicians of the Minnesota Orchestra, and the Argus Quartet as the recipient of a Chamber Music America Commissioning Grant.

Following the success of her first symphonic band piece that recently had its NY premiere in Carnegie Hall after a commission by the President’s Own Marine Band, she is now ready to delve into her next project to set her fierce and groovy opener Go BIG or Go HOME. for wind ensemble.

Buy in fee: $500
Exclusivity: Consortium members shall be granted exclusivity to program the piece in their respective regions through August 30, 2024
