Wind Ensemble Arrangement Consortium Project for Go Big or Go Home
Lead commissioner, Shenandoah University
Jessica Meyer, a GRAMMY®–nominated violist-composer and rising star in the contemporary music world, is particularly noted for her diverse compositional voice. Recent premieres include works for the St. Lawrence String Quartet as the composer in residence at Spoleto Festival USA, the Lorelei Ensemble as a winner of the Dale Warland Singers Commission Award from Chorus America, musicians of the Minnesota Orchestra, and the Argus Quartet as the recipient of a Chamber Music America Commissioning Grant.
